This is the best moist banana cake from scratch.
An easy banana cake recipe. Fail-proof, light and fluffy, you can make it at home!
For months, I've been trying several recipes on the best banana cake, and that's it.
* Ingredients
° 1 1/2 cups mashed ripe bananas
° 2 teaspoons lemon juice
° 3 cups of flour
° 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
° 1/4 teaspoon salt
° 3/4 cup soft butter
° 2 1/8 cups sugar
° 3 large eggs
° 2 teaspoons vanilla
° 1 1/2 cups milk
frost:
° 1/2 cup soft butter
° 1 package (8 ounces) soft cream cheese
° 1 teaspoon vanilla
° 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
* how to make it :
1 Preheaat oven 275°F/135°C.
2 Grease 9 13 flour tray.
3 In bowl, blending mashed bananas with juice lemon juice. Sit apart .
4 In -bowl, blending flour / baking soda / & salt. Sit apart .5 In a large bowl, beat 3/4 cups butter and 2 1/8 cups sugar until light and fluffy.
6 Beat eggs, , & adding 2 tsp vanilla.
7 Beating flour blend alternately with milk.
8 Stir in banana mixture
9 - Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake in a preheated oven for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
10 Removing From oven & placing directly in freeze for 44 min .
11 To making butter-cream, whisking butter &; cream cheese to soft.
12 Whisking in 1 tsp vanilla.
13 Add the powdered sugar and beat on low speed until combined, then on high speed until the frosting is smooth.
14 Spread on a cooled cake.
15 Sprinkling chopp walnuts on garnish, if wanted (or hearts!).
