Cracker-Barrel Meatloaf

* ingredients :

° 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
° Half a cup of brown sugar
° Half a cup of ketchup
° 2 large eggs
° 2 pounds minced meat
° 1 small onion cut into cubes
° Half a cup of milk
° ¼ c cheddar cheese
° Salt / pepper to taste
° 25 Ritz biscuits, mashed into crumbs

* Directions :

The first step:
Preheat oven to 350*
In a mixing bowl, combine beef, crackers, eggs, onion, milk, cheese, salt, and pepper. mix well
The second step:
Shape the meat into a loaf and place in a frying pan or on a rack in a 9 x 13 . baking tray
In a bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard and mix well.
Third step:
Bake for 35 minutes, then remove from the oven and spread half of the ketchup mixture over the loaf
Return loaf to the oven and baking an additional 15 min .
The fourth step:
Spread the remaining ketchup mixture on top and bake for another 10 minutes.
Take it out of the oven and leave it for 10 minutes
