Blackberry cobbler recipe

* Ingredients list :

° 2 1/2 cups fresh or frozen blackberries (thawed and drained) (do not use blueberries)
° 1 cup sugar
° 1 cup Gold All-Purpose Flour™️
° 2 teaspoons baking powder
° 1/2 teaspoon salt
° 1 cup milk
° 1/2 cup melted butter
° Cream, whipped cream or ice cream as desired

* Preparation : 

In a medium bowl, mix together blackberries and sugar. Leave it for 20 minutes or until a fruit syrup forms. Heat oven 375 degres F .

In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt and milk together. Stir in melt butter to mixed . Distribute into an ungreased 8-inch square skillet. Pour the blackberry mixture over the mixture.

Bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until dough is risen and golden. Serve warm with cream.
