Hearty and comforting Salisbury Steak Balls are a twist on a traditional recipe. I love making these tender meatballs and serving them with delicious onion + mushroom broth over mashed potatoes, fluffy rice or buttery egg noodles.

Tender Salisbury steak meatballs that have been heated until golden brown, roll in caramelized onion and mushroom broth. It's warm, cozy, and perfect for that time of year when you're looking for comfort food to warm you all the way down
* Ingredients :
• 8 ounces of egg noodles
• 1 pound ground beef
• 1/3 cup Italian-style rusk
• 2 tablespoons ketchup
• 2 tablespoons of mustard
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 2 large egg yolks
• Kosher salt & pepper black to taste
• 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
for the gravy
• 2 cups of beef broth, divided or more to taste
• 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
• 1 onion, thinly sliced
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tablespoon of ketchup
• 2 tsps chop parsley leaves
* Methods :
• In saucepan boil salte water, cooking pasta according to pack directions; drain well.
• In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire seeds, and egg yolks.Seasoning with salt & pepper to flavor .Using wooden spoon or cleaning hands to blend well.Rolling blending to 1/4 to 1/2 inch meatballs, make about 20 meatballs.
• Dissolve butter in a saucepan on medium heat.Adding meat-balls in portions also cooking to golden brown about 45 min .Transfering to dish lined wiith paper towels.To make stock, combine ½ cup beef stock and cornstarch in a small bowl. Sit aside.• Add the onions to the skillet and cook for 23 minutes until golden brown. Whisk in remaining 1 1/2 cups beef broth, Worcestershire and ketchup until well blended, about 1-2 minutes.
• Bring it to a boil.Reduce heat and gradually add cornstarch mixture.Fry the meatballs until cooked through and the sauce thickened, about 34 minutes.Add more beef stock if needed until you get the desired consistency.
• Serve immediately with egg noodles, garnished with parsley if desired.
