PEANUT BUTTER CUP STUFFED BROOKIES

Looking at my last three recipes of bread, pizza, and dessert, I'll let you reflect on how I do.

Only when I declare to myself "This morning is going well!" Hell breaks out and someone (sometimes me) cries. It's just tough. When you have children who are used to the structure of the school, their friends, the presence of teachers who are not their mothers, the breaks and normal socializing ... it seems that all of us have a "moment" throughout the day.


*Ingredients :

° 1 bag (10 ounces) brownie mix (plus oil and eggs to make the batter)
° 1 (6 packages) Rice Peanuts ʙᴜᴛᴛᴇʀ cups (total of 12 cups)
° 1 package (16 ounces) refrigerated cookie dough

* Directions :

Preheat oven 350 degrees and generously grease a regular sized muffin tin.
Prepare cake mix according to package directions; Sit aside.
Separate the cookie dough into 12 balls and squish them down the bottom of each muffin cup.
Place ¼ cup Reese's Peanuts upside down over cookie dough.
Spread the brownie mixture evenly over each ¼ cup of the peanuts until the wells are 90% full.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until brownie mixture is set.
Allow it to cool for 5 minutes before removing it from the pan, then enjoy it while it is still warm.
