If you haven't removed anything from this blog, I hope you at least give this recipe a try.When I was little, it was my favorite pastime because my mom made it for me. Special occasions like 100's in a spelling test or making an "All A" honor roll are always celebrated with a batch of this Oreo joy. This was a big problem. For my family, this was an expensive recipe!
* Ingredients :
° 1 (14.3 oz) package regular Oreo cookies
° 6 tablespoons melted butter
° 2 (8 ounces) frozen whipped cream, thawed (Cool Whip)
° 1 piece (8 ounces) cream cheese, soft
° 1 cup powdered sugar
° 1 (5.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding
° 2 3/4 cups milk
* Directions :
Crush an entire bag of Oreo cookies with a food processor (or throw out your frustrations and do it by hand)
Reserve one glass of Oreo crumbs and set apart . Mixing rest crumbs with melt butter.Squeeze the mixture into the bottom of a 9 "x 13" skillet to form a crust.Use a mixer to beat the cream cheese until smooth.Add powdered sugar.Fold in 1 bowl of whipped cream.Spreading mixture on base coat.
Use a whisk to mix the pudding and milk mixture together. Let it thicken.
Spreading pudding on previous layer.Put the remaining bowl of cream on top.
Topping with reserve Oreo crumbs.Refrigerate for at least 4 hours and enjoy !
