* Ingredients:
° Rack of children's rear ribs, or St. Louis style ribs
° 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
° 1 teaspoon salt
° 1 teaspoon black pepper
° 1 teaspoon onion powder
° 1 teaspoon garlic powder
° 1 teaspoon ground mustard
° 1 cup barbecue sauce
* Directions:
Preheat oven 275 degres F . Line a baking tray or roasting tray with aluminum foil.
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs. Simply slide your fingers around the side to loosen and tear off instantly. Use a paper towel to provide a better grip if it is slippery.
In a small bowl, mix dry rub ingredients, paprika, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and ground mustard together. Rub this mixture generously on the outside of the ribs to cover them. Place the marinated ribs in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet or roasting pan.
Cover the pan with aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated 275 F oven for 3 1/2 to 4 hours, until the ribs are tender.
Remove the ribs from the oven and remove the aluminum foil. Spread barbecue sauce on the ribs.
Place the baking tray or roasting tray back in the oven under the roast setting. Roast for 3-5 minutes until the barbecue sauce starts to boil and caramelize
Enjoy !
