Seafood Mac and Cheese



This Cajun Shrimp and Crab Mac and Cheese is awesome creamy, cheesy, and decadent. This delicious dish of a classic is certain to be your new favourite!

I made this macaroni and cheese for Christmas dinner final year, and it became a hit! The truth that my complete family loved this deal became a large deal, due to the fact black humans do not play in relation to cheese and mac. Let's be real.

Since it is garnered so many fine reviews, that is now my favourite pasta recipe!

* ingredients :

° 2 cups dry pasta
° 6 oz. Crab meat claw
° eight oz. Shrimp peeled and deodorized
° eight oz. sour cream
° four tablespoons butter
° 2 tablespoons of flour
° 1 green onion
° 1 can of evaporated milk
° eight oz. Sharp block white cheddar cheese
° four oz. mozzarella cheese block
° ¼ cup panko rusk
° Salt, black pepper, to taste

* Directions :


Preheaat oven 350 degrees.
Peel the shrimp and devein if necessary.
Cook pasta according to set directions. drain well.
Place the dried pasta in a large blending bowl.
Add the bitter cream and blend well till all of the noodles are covered.
Add crab meat and stir nicely.
Finely chop the green onion. Sit aside.
Shredded white cheddar cheese. Sit aside.
Shredded mozzarella cheese. Sit aside.
Melt the butter in a medium saucepan or skillet.
Add shrimp. Fry the shrimp and fry till slightly cooked.
Remove shrimp from skillet. Gently chop while cool. Add to pasta combination.
Add finely chopped onions to the skillet and saute till softened.

Sprinkle flour over onions and blend nicely. Let it cook and flip brown for approximately 1 minute.
Slowly add the milk, stirring constantly, till the combination begins to thicken.
Gradually upload the grated cheddar cheese, stirring constantly, till the cheese melts.
Pour the cheese combination over the pasta and seafood combination.
Stir nicely till combined.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Place the combination in a nicely-greased baking dish.
Sprinkle over grated mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle a bit paprika to add colour.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or till light brown on top.
