Lasagna recipe

* ingredients :

° 1 pound sweet Italian sausage
° 1 pound lean ground beef
° 1 huge white onion, diced

° half cup white wine
° 2 tablespoons white sugar
° half cup chopped fresh basil
° 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
° 1 teaspoon crushed oregano
° half teaspoon salt
° 1/5 tsp pepper black
° 1/four cup fresh chopped parsley
° 1 pound of lasagna noodles
° 30 oz ricotta cheese
° 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
° 1 huge egg
° half teaspoon salt
° 1/eight teaspoon ground nutmeg
° 1 pound mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced, approximately 24 slices
° 1 cup Parmesan cheese

* Methods  :
